調子がすぐれません。Choushi ga suguremasen.	I'm not feeling well.
具合が悪いです。Guai ga warui desu.	I feel sick.
風邪をひきました。Kaze wo hikimashita.	I have a cold.
頭が痛いです。Atama ga itai desu.	I have a headache.
熱っぽいです。Netsuppoi desu.	I feel feverish.
熱があります。Netsu ga arimasu.	I have a fever.
喉が痛いです。Nodo ga itai desu.	I have a sore throat.
咳がでます。Seki ga demasu.	I have a cough.
鼻が詰まってます。Hana ga tsumattemasu.	I have a stuffed up nose.
鼻水が出ます。Hanamizu ga demasu.	I have a runny nose.
お腹が痛いです。Onaka ga itai desu.	I have a stomachache.
胃がもたれます。I ga motaremasu.	I have an upset stomach
下痢をしてます。Geri wo shitemasu.	I have diarrhea.
便秘です。Benpi desu.	I have constipation.
吐き気がします。Hakike ga shimasu.	I feel nauseous.
吐きそうです。Hakisou desu.	I feel like I'm going to throw up.
吐いてしまいました。Haite shimaimashita.	I vomited.
食中毒になりました。Shokuchuudoku ni narimashita.	I got food poisoning
二日酔いです。Futsuka yoi desu.	I'm hungover.
歯が痛いです。Ha ga itai desu.	I have a toothache.
手をやけどしました。Te wo yakedo shimashita.	I burned my hand.
指を切ってしまいました。Yubi wo kitte shimaimashita.	I've cut my finger.
手に怪我をしました。Te ni kega wo shimashita.	I got hurt in my hand.
腰が痛いです。Koshi ga itai desu.	I have a lower backache.
肩が凝っています。Kata ga kotteimasu.	I have stiff shoulders.
筋肉痛です。Kinniku tsuu desu.	I have a muscle ache.
ここが痛いです。Koko ga itai desu.	I have a pain here.
胸が痛いです。Mune ga itai desu.	I have pain in my chest.
腕が痛いです。Ude ga itai desu.	I have pain in my arm.
足が痛いです。Ashi ga itai desu.	I have pain in my leg.
背中が痛いです。Senaka ga itai desu.	I have pain in my back.
下腹部が痛いです。Kafukubu ga itai desu.	I have lower abdominal pain.

Emergency

誰か助けて。Dareka tasukete.	Somebody help.
逃げて。Nigete.	Run away.
危ない。Abunai.	Watch out.
急いでください。Isoide kudasai.	Please hurry!
警察を呼んでください。Keisatsu wo yonde kudasai.	Please call the police.
救急車を呼んでください。Kyuukyuusha wo yonde kudasai.	Please call an ambulance.
火事です。Kaji desu.	Fire.
地震です。Jishin desu.	Earthquake.
台風が近づいてます。Taifuu ga chikazuitemasu.	Typhoon is approaching.
すぐに避難してください。Suguni hinan shitekudasai.	Evacuate immediately.
事故が起こりました。Jiko ga okorimashita.	There has been an accident.
事故に遭いました。Jiko ni aimashita.	I had an accident.
怪我をしました。Kega wo shimasita.	I'm injured.
財布をなくしてしまいました。Saifu wo nakushite shimaimashita.	I’ve lost my wallet.
パスポートが見つかりません。Passport ga mitsukarimasen.	I can't find my passport.
スマホをタクシーに置き忘れてしまいました。Sumaho wo taxi ni okiwasurete shimaimashita.	I left my phone in a taxi.
携帯電話を盗まれました。Keitai denwa wo nusumare mashita.	I've stolen my phone.
襲われました。Osoware mashita.	I’ve been attacked.
強盗にあいました。Goutou ni aimashita.	I’ve been robbed.
誰かにつけられています。Dareka ni tsukerarete imasu.	I’m being followed.
医者が必要です。Isha ga hitsuyou desu.	Need a doctor.
病院に連れて行ってください。Byouin ni tsurete itte kudasai.	Please take me to the hospital.
